A teacher by profession, a traveller by passion as a result of which she became a social entrepreneur. Deepa has been working in the areas of informal education, health, environment and women empowerment for the past 7 years. She has been actively working on gender issues and is part of several women empowerment initiatives.
She is the Founder President of SARSAS an NGO based in Trivandrum.She heads the “Education for Sustainable Development” area at SUSTERA.
Vinayak Padikkal
Vinayak Padikkal, Graduated as an ayurveda doctor and pursued MPH from TISS, Mumbai.
Areas of interest : waste management in pilgrimages, preventiveand promotive health action and environmental health.

Sanju Soman
He is a social entrepreneur and development professional who graduated from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai with a Postgraduate degree in Climate Change and Sustainability Studies. He has coordinated over 60 social projects in the fields of education, health, sustainability and conservation. He works in the areas of climate change, water conservation, social entrepreneurship and sustainable development. He is also
co-founder of 2 NGOs based in Kerala. Currently designated as ambassador to UN for training on SDG.
Subhas Warrier
A long time media professional & business entrepreneur. Multi-faceted
experience in strategic planning with big MNC such as Ogilvy, Dentsu, Lowe Lintas & MindShare.
Current engagement is as, Founder-Director with RubixKube Communications, a media consultancy firm and as Community Manager with a Vietnamese Company Greeox for their vertical farming business
Sonu T.S
An Architect Planner who aspires to change the way Planning of regions are being articulated. She strongly believes that planning of cities and other regions has to be sustainable and has to be done in a decentralized way with proper modelling of future eventualities. She is a founder member of Ithal Charitable society.
Currently, she works as a research assistant with NIT Calicut researching on environmental attitudes.
At Bhava, she leads products design and peoples engagement.
Vishnu Mohan
Vishnu Mohan is a graduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences with a degree in Disaster Management. His interest areas are Climate vulnerability, ecosystem-based disaster risk reduction, and promoting sustainable way of development. He has extensively worked on teaching under privileged children, creating awareness on waste management and worked with rural communities. He leads the outreach and training programs at Bhava.
